Working closely with the BoyleSports Project Manager LKreative Ltd was tasked with re-developing a disused/derelict unit. Existing plans and elevations were initially produced, and then a complete set of drawings for change of use, shopfront, display, and advertisements had to be issued.
The tender package was produced and sent to contractors via an online web-based system. For the project's duration, LKreative Ltd liaised with the BoyleSports Project Manager, Planning officers and Building Control.
The project was completed in November 2022.
