Our background of working and managing an in-house drawing office for a major high street retailer for over 22 years has provided us with the experience and contacts to help you with your design and planning needs.
We are Architectural Technologists, with qualifications and experience in construction methods and building, which puts us in a good position to help you with any Building Regulations application.
We have attained numerous contacts over the years and have worked with some excellent Planning Consultants, Structural Engineers, Private Building Control Companies, Shopfitters and Builders. We can invite Contractors to tender for works on your behalf so competitive quotes are received.
The drawings we produce vary from, loft conversions and rear extensions, to complicated basements with structural alterations. We have also worked on ‘infill’ sites. Producing designs for new dwellings / buildings, making use of any available space and liaising with the planners from the onset to ensure legislation is complied with.
We help with many ideas for all our projects, but ultimately, we try and work through the customers’ requirements and their needs and their vision of what it is they require.
